Amtrak National Train Day Campaign: On this campaign, we were able to fully integrate local TV and Online, using TV websites, newspaper websites, TV commercials and pre roll video and banner impressions.

Objective:
To drive consumers to Amtrak Station locations on May 10th, for National Train Day thru the use of Local Online combined with Local Television in LA, CH, DC and NY. CXM was asked to develop a program that involved a fully integrated media approach with an emphasis on local online. We were charged with increasing local awareness thru these media outlets as well as driving consumers to 4 separate National Train Day events.

Solution:
CXM created a wildly successful campaign that generated buzz, excitement and awareness, driving thousands of consumers to sign up the NTD contest online, log onto NationalTrainDay.com and attend select Amtrak stations for “NTD” in LA, CH, DC and NY.
